Custom Keg Collars

Your artwork should be a vector file. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe .eps, and Adobe .pdf are preferred. All fonts should be converted to outlines or you must include the font file used when sending over your art. If your keg collar has bleed, meaning the color extends beyond the outside die line, please add 1/16″ bleed to each side where needed.

If you need help with your custom keg collar design, you can email your requirements and a vector logo, as well as the contact information you want printed on the collars, and we can typeset your custom keg collar on one of our many stock background art files. We will need to know information pertaining to keg sizes used, contact information, and beer styles if you want them listed on the keg collars, as well as any other information you want on your keg collar. To get started designing with one of the stock backgrounds listed, simply email us the background number 1–24 at info@kegcollar.com, and we can send you a VECTOR version .pdf where you can edit and insert your custom information in one of our stock backgrounds using Adobe Illustrator or another vector drawing program. OR email info@kegcollar.com if you need help with design.

The background files on this page are images. Email info@kegcollar.com for the vector background file, and we can send you a vector file that can be edited and sent back with your order. WE CAN ORDER A CUSTOM DIE FOR ANY SHAPE AND SIZE FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE-TIME DIE COST TO PRINT YOUR CUSTOM DIE-SHAPE TAP HANDLE STICKERS AND KEG COLLARS.

3″ Custom Keg Wraps

Your artwork should be a vector file. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe .eps, and Adobe .pdf are preferred. All fonts should be converted to outlines or you must include the font file used. Keg Wraps can NOT have BLEED left to right, unless printing 4-color digital wraps. Your image/artwork must be held within the image size repeating options. DON’T FORGET BLANK SPACE ON EACH END FOR SEPARATION BETWEEN REPEATING ART IMAGES, which will help if trimming is needed when applying.

…our 3″ x 10″ repeating image, 3″ wraps work well on both 1/6 barrels and 1/2 barrels. Easily trim to size off the rolls. You can download the template here and have your design made to fit our repeat/template:

6″ wraps are 6″ x 10″ repeating images with the same bleed requirements as the 3″ x 10″. WE CAN, HOWEVER, MAKE THE 6″ WRAPS ANY REPEAT UP TO 38″, SO YOU CAN DESIGN UP TO 6″ X 38″ REPEATING ART. You can have a custom repeat based on the circumference of your kegs. A typical sixth barrel is 29.25″ in circumference.

6″ Custom Keg Wraps
